Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Staffing
- Plan, organize, and manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations
- Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Mediate disputes and maintain strong employee–employer relationships.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans to improve engagement.
3. Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
- Support managers in setting performance goals and providing feedback.
- Identify training needs based on performance evaluations.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of performance standards.
4. Training and Development
- Assess training needs across departments.
- Design and coordinate employee development programs and workshops.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
5. Compensation and Benefits
- Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation structures.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to ensure competitiveness.
- Administer employee welfare programs and incentive schemes.
6. Compliance and Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records in line with data protection and privacy laws.
7. Strategic HR Planning
- Align HR strategy with overall business goals.
- Forecast HR needs based on organizational growth and industry trends.
- Contribute to workforce planning and succession management.
8. Health, Safety, and Wellbeing
- Promote workplace health and safety programs.
- Oversee initiatives that support employee wellbeing and work-life balance.
- Manage return-to-work programs and occupational health matters.
9. HR Administration and Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Use HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) to manage employee data.
- Prepare HR budgets and control departmental costs.
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday
- 8 hours to 10 hours Shift
