About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 5–10 years of proven expertise across all facets of Human Resources and Administration. The ideal candidate will have full knowledge of HR functions including labor law, compensation and benefits, government remittances, recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR portal systems. This role requires a strong communicator and leader who can work effectively under pressure while driving HR initiatives that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and performance management.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, government regulations, and company policies.

Manage payroll, government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR), and other statutory requirements.

Administer and optimize HR portal systems to streamline HR processes.

Handle administrative functions to support business operations.

Manage and strengthen employee relations by fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures to support organizational objectives.

Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to drive efficiency and employee engagement.

Provide strategic HR insights and recommendations to management for workforce planning and organizational growth.

Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

Work effectively under pressure while maintaining high levels of accuracy and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

5–10 years of solid HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and government compliance requirements.

Comprehensive experience in compensation and benefits management, recruitment, training, employee relations, and HR portal systems.

Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
