About the role

Wise Sea IT Consulting Solution OPC' is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team in Taguig City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that will play a pivotal part in shaping the growth and development of our organisation. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources, from talent acquisition and employee engagement to policy development and performance management.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes to support the company's overall business objectives
  2. Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and exit processes
  3. Manage and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure operational excellence
  4. Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and employment regulations
  6. Collaborate with senior leadership to cultivate a positive, inclusive and high-performing company culture
  7. Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives to enhance staff satisfaction and retention

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a HR Management or Senior HR Business Partner role, preferably in the IT consulting industry
  2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and best practices
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  5. Data-driven and analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret HR metrics and trends
  6. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations and compliance requirements
  7. Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field
