The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. This includes recruitment and staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. The HR Manager plays a critical role in supporting organizational growth, driving employee engagement, and ensuring a productive and positive work environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Staffing

  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast and fulfill manpower needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

2. Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Foster a healthy work environment by promoting company values and culture.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between employees and management.

3. Compensation and Benefits

  • Administer payroll and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
  • Develop and manage compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.

4. Performance Management

  • Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
  • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development.

5. Training and Development

  • Conduct training needs analysis and design learning programs.
  • Organize internal and external training sessions, seminars, and workshops.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

6. Policy Development and Compliance

  • Draft, implement, and update company policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations.
  • Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and legal employment documentation.

7. HRIS and Records Management

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Use HRIS to manage data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation in accordance with audit requirements.

8. Organizational Development

  • Participate in strategic planning to align HR goals with business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives that promote employee engagement and organizational growth.
  • Lead or support change management projects.

9. Health, Safety, and Wellness

  • Oversee the implementation of workplace safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate with Safety Officers and first aid teams for compliance.
  • Promote mental health and wellness programs.

10. Budgeting and Reporting

  • Prepare and manage the HR department budget.
  • Provide HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php55,000.00 per month
