The
ODTM Manager

serves as a strategic HR leader responsible for shaping and executing initiatives in organizational development, talent management, and learning & development. The role ensures that people strategies are tightly aligned with business objectives, driving organizational capability, leadership strength, and cultural transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Development

  • Design and execute OD strategies to enhance culture, engagement, and performance.
  • Partner with senior leaders to drive change management and organizational effectiveness.
  • Review and align HR policies and structures with evolving business priorities.

Talent Management

  • Lead performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Drive talent reviews and high-potential programs that build future-ready leaders.
  • Embed company values and engagement strategies across the organization.

Talent Acquisition

  • Oversee strategic hiring and manpower planning to attract top talent.
  • Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics to ensure hiring efficiency and alignment with business growth.

Learning & Development

  • Provide strategic direction over the corporate L&D framework and roadmap.
  • Oversee design, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs.
  • Integrate L&D initiatives with performance, succession, and leadership development goals.

Strategic HR Partnership & Governance

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational and workforce strategies.
  • Provide coaching to enhance leadership effectiveness and team performance.
  • Monitor industry trends and report on key ODTM metrics and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with strong leadership exposure in OD, TM, and L&D.
  • Proven success in driving organizational transformation, leadership development, and talent strategies.
  • Strategic, influential, and results-oriented leader with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
