A. Job Description

  • Oversee and guide the HR team in all daily HR functions.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing and handle employee inquiries related to pay and benefits.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS and manual files.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports for management decision-making.
  • Support the recruitment process and ensure compliance with recruitment standards.
  • Organize and support employee engagement and team-building activities.
  • Provide assistance in employee relations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Train and mentor HR staff to enhance team performance and capability.

B. What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR practitioner covering all major facets of HR.
  • Graduate of any 4-year Business or HR-related course.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Excellent drafting, writing, and reporting skills.
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience in HR database management, payroll, recruitment, and employee relation.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and support HR team members.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Must be willing to work Mondays to Saturdays.
