A. Job Description
- Oversee and guide the HR team in all daily HR functions.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in payroll processing and handle employee inquiries related to pay and benefits.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS and manual files.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees on HR-related matters.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports for management decision-making.
- Support the recruitment process and ensure compliance with recruitment standards.
- Organize and support employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Provide assistance in employee relations, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Train and mentor HR staff to enhance team performance and capability.
B. What we're looking for
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR practitioner covering all major facets of HR.
- Graduate of any 4-year Business or HR-related course.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to engage with employees at all levels.
- Excellent drafting, writing, and reporting skills.
- Proven analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience in HR database management, payroll, recruitment, and employee relation.
- Leadership skills with the ability to train, guide, and support HR team members.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Must be willing to work Mondays to Saturdays.
