JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department. The role involves assisting in various HR functions such as attendance monitoring, recruitment, employee records management, and general HR services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in daily HR operations and provide administrative tasks
- Monitor and update employee attendance records
- Maintain and organize employee 201 files in compliance with company and legal standards
- Respond to employee inquiries and HR-related concerns
- Support the recruitment process
- Prepare HR reports, memos, and other related documents
- Process and monitor statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of employee IDs
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a college graduate with a related degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Can manage multiple tasks efficiently and work well under minimal supervision.
- Experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage.
