DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Process by sourcing applicants, scheduling of interviews, conduct initial interview and orient new employees.
2. Maintain the 201 files of all employees. records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) such as but not limited to:
a. Ensuring that pre-employment/legal requirements are complied.
b. Collaborating with third party vendor (i.e., SM) for all required documents for transfer/closing/opening etc.
3. Coordinating with manpower third party vendors (i.e., Security Agencies and Manpower Agencies) for company needs and for process improvement.
4. Checking of Daily Time Record (DTR) of Agencies
5. Assists Human Resource in company activities/events (i.e., teambuilding, outing etc.).
6. Administer and in charge of Compensation and Benefits:
a. Ensures on time processing of timekeeping and payroll per cut-off period
b. Process government-related certification, requirements and/or loan application (i.e., SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth).
7. Monitoring store manpower – Supplies of Manpower.
- Assists in strengthening Training and Development programs by developing in-house facilitators and revision of training.
- Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Assists the Human Resource to build and implement all HR processes, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
