The HRAD Associate provides administrative support to other HR team members related to benefits administration, recruitment, compensation, and other key HR areas. Duties include assisting with the maintaining accurate employee records and managing internal and external communications for the human resources department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HRAD Associate often interacts with employees and directs them to the appropriate resource person to resolve concerns. Duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Performing administrative duties, such as updating and maintaining employee databases for the HR department
- Generates, processes, and maintains proper records for generation of reports
- Monitoring monthly of employee's performance appraisal (probationary and regular employees).
- Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Assists on some logistical needs during company activities such as trainings or department meetings (training venue and training materials needed), Team Building, Christmas Party and other corporate events.
- Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events
- Assist with compliance documentation on employment and labor laws.
- Performs all other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 years business course
- Fresh graduates may apply
- Zero to 6 months work experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)
Pay: From Php18,127.91 per month
