Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new client relationships in various industries requiring staffing and recruitment services.
  • Promote the company's recruitment and outsourcing solutions to potential clients through calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure delivery of qualified candidates aligned with client requirements.
  • Manage the entire business development cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and business presentations for clients.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and HR professionals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and service follow-ups.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the staffing/recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and staffing models (contract, permanent, executive search, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience using CRM systems and recruitment tools (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms).
  • Established client network in the BPO, IT, or corporate sectors.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and convert business opportunities.
