About the Role

Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver effective talent strategies.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to strengthen Landers' reputation as a top employer.
  • Develop and implement recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and workforce planning.
  • Manage and mentor the recruitment team to ensure timely and high-quality hiring.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, talent insights, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong background in retail, FMCG, or large-scale hiring environments is an advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
