Finance Consolidation Manager

To ensure that the financial information of the AC Logistics group of companies is consolidated and reported in a timely and reasonable manner, in accordance with the relevant accounting standards. To act as an internal subject matter expert on accounting and tax-related matters affecting holdings-level balances.​

Group consolidation and reporting​

  • Own the monthly close and group consolidation across all entities (local and foreign, if any), including eliminations, multi‑currency translation, and intercompany reconciliations ​
  • Prepare and manage submission of required periodic financial reports to the ultimate parent company, including handling of any queries​
  • Ensure that consolidated numbers comply with PFRS, SEC Rule 68, and other standards​
  • Partner with the Accounting and Reporting team to ensure that individual financial reports of all entities are submitted on time, and all necessary information to enable consolidation and submission of required reports to the ultimate parent is provided​
  • Manage any consolidation system or scheme utilized in the performance of tasks​

Subject matter expertise​

  • Act as the internal authority on complex accounting standards (e.g., PFRS 15, IFRS 18, etc)​
  • Draft and maintain group accounting policies and memos, as required (e.g., business combinations/common control, step acquisitions, impairment, share‑based payments)​

Controls, compliance, and governance​

  • Strengthen controls on intercompany, related-party, variance analysis, and like​
  • Partner with FBP on group-level budgeting and reforecasts​
  • Undertake oversight and consolidation of other holdings of group companies, as needed​

Qualifications​

At least 6 years of combined experience in audit, controllership, consolidation, and technical accounting work ​

  • Strong understanding of PFRS and tax regimes relevant to holdings​
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy​
  • Certified Public Accountant required; MBA is an advantage ​
