Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HTR, located in Parañaque. The HTR will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with human talent recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves developing recruitment strategies, partnering with internal teams to understand hiring needs, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and recruitment
• Proficiency in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage candidate databases and recruitment tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Experience working in the sports or motorsport industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
