Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the following:

  • Develops, implements and sustains recruiting programs and activities to support ADI as a destination of best talents.
  • Drives Company's workforce plan against effectiveness of sourcing strategies.
  • Provides timely updates and recruiting analytics and metrics.
  • Develops effective marketing strategies to support recruiting initiatives in applicant sourcing to increase and sustain a steady talent pool.
  • Strengthens partnership and linkages with industry and academe partners.
  • Builds quality relationship with internal customers and external recruiting partners.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related course
  • With at least 5 years experience with a high-volume recruiting in an agile work environment
  • Knowledgeable in developing and executing recruiting strategies and marketing brand
  • Adept in administering, scoring and interpreting assessment tools
  • Proficient in using MS applications and HRIS tool such as SuccessFactors
  • Able to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization
