Job Overview:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and strategic to manage core accounting functions and deliver financial insights that drive decision-making. This role involves overseeing accounts receivable and payable, performing reconciliations, managing inter-entity invoicing, and preparing timely monthly financial statements. The ideal candidate will also analyze data, develop financial models, and collaborate with leadership on ad-hoc projects and strategic planning. This is a remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced healthcare management environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee accounts receivable, payable, reconciliations, and inter-entity invoicing
  • Close books and deliver financial statements by the 7th working day monthly
  • Analyze financial data and provide reporting with actionable insights
  • Develop financial models to evaluate new opportunities like acquisitions
  • Manage ad-hoc projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Support leadership with financial plans while they travel for business
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 5+ years of financial controller or senior accounting experience
  • Expertise in accounting standards, reporting, data analysis, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information
  • Self-motivated with ability to work remotely with high autonomy
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
