Customer Service
- Provide and build excellent customer relationships to its internal and external customers.
- Ensure proper coordination and communication to company's employees in headquarter and satellite offices, suppliers, and contractors.
Home Management
- Develop and implement an office management program including housekeeping maintenance and facilities preservation.
- Allocate and manage facility space to its maximum efficiency.
Engineering
- Develop and implement an office management program including preventive maintenance and asset protection.
- Collaborate with PMO in the creation and implementation of 52-week calendar program. Conduct and document regular assets and facilities inspections.
- Knowledgeable in FDAS & CCTV
Supervise the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
Recommend and oversee facility refurbishment and renovations.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years' managerial position handling general administration and maintenance.
- Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management
- Working knowledge of principles and practices of business administration
- Working knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Working knowledge of procurement and contracts
- Sound knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
- Experience in construction, maintenance and all facets of facility operation
- Manager experience and leads people by example
- Solid computer and systems knowledge
- Superior leadership skills
- Ability to travel to multiple locations
