Responsible for overseeing and managing the overall administrative operations of the organization. This role ensures that all support services run efficiently, policies are implemented effectively, and resources are utilized responsibly to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate administrative functions of the organization.
- Supervise and evaluate administrative staff, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and review policies, procedures, and systems for office and facilities management.
- Oversee budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for administrative operations.
- Manage records, correspondence, and reports to ensure compliance with organizational and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to support their operational and logistical needs.
- Ensure proper maintenance of facilities, equipment, and office supplies.
- Oversee recruitment, orientation, and training of administrative personnel.
- Handle contracts, permits, and other government or legal documentation as needed.
- Promote a professional, safe, and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative leadership or management roles.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and HR processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
