Premiere Medical and Cardiovascular Laboratory, Inc. is looking for an Accounting Head to oversee all financial and accounting functions at our Taguig branch.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the accounting team, providing direction, mentorship, and professional guidance.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses in compliance with GAAP.
  • Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in coordination with management.
  • Manage core accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash flow.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks and ensure effective management of company funds and liquidity.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial and regulatory standards.
  • Establish and strengthen internal controls to protect company assets and maintain financial transparency.
  • Improve financial systems, processes, and software for efficiency and reliability in reporting.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to aid executive decision-making.
  • Stay informed on tax laws, accounting standards, and industry regulations relevant to the healthcare sector.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools.
  • Experience in healthcare accounting, billing, or reimbursement is an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with management and external partners.
  • Demonstrates integrity, initiative, and professionalism.
  • Thorough understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.

PREMIERE MEDICAL AND CARDIOVASCULAR LABORATORY, INC. is a secondary laboratory located in Quezon City (Main Branch). Premiere specializes in cardiovascular diagnostics and first opened its doors to the public on July 2007. Since then, Premiere provided accurate, reliable and reasonable price diagnostic services needed by the patients and doctors.
