We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Accounting Head to lead our finance and accounting operations. This role is critical in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and driving business decisions through accurate reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance
  • Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and prepare financial statements
  • Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies
  • Mentor and supervise the accounting team to ensure high performance and continuous growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA required
  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php120, Php140,000.00 per month
