Finance and Admin Manager

Job Summary:
- Lead and oversee the Finance & admin in the generation of all company financial reports and timely submission to all stakeholders.
- Assist and support the head of Finance in the attainment of departmental and corporate targets.
- Oversee SAP Management for all Finance & Admin related company transactions.
- Oversee regular taxation reports preparation & activities, other statutory requirements ; business permit applications and renewals in coordination with statutory offices.
- Payroll validation & statutory remittances, PR-PO process, SO-SI validation and collection activities.
- Develops and implements initiative in the formulation of basic policies and procedures geared towards improving Finance & admin operations.
Minimum Requirements:
- BS Accountancy / Accounting
- CPA is a must for this position
- minimum of 5 years managerial experience
- work experience from manufacturing set-up is an advantage
- experience in using SAP applications
