Job Summary:

  • Lead and oversee the Finance & admin in the generation of all company financial reports and timely submission to all stakeholders.
  • Assist and support the head of Finance in the attainment of departmental and corporate targets.
  • Oversee SAP Management for all Finance & Admin related company transactions.
  • Oversee regular taxation reports preparation & activities, other statutory requirements ; business permit applications and renewals in coordination with statutory offices.
  • Payroll validation & statutory remittances, PR-PO process, SO-SI validation and collection activities.
  • Develops and implements initiative in the formulation of basic policies and procedures geared towards improving Finance & admin operations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • BS Accountancy / Accounting
  • CPA is a must for this position
  • minimum of 5 years managerial experience
  • work experience from manufacturing set-up is an advantage
  • experience in using SAP applications
