Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team In this role, you will help connect our company with potential accounting and finance clients in the US market. You'll be at the front line of our business development efforts—engaging prospects, setting appointments, and supporting campaigns that bring in new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to accounting firms and potential leads in the USA market, based on target lists provided.
- Introduce Finsmart's offshore accounting services and schedule discovery calls/appointments with decision-makers.
- Maintain call logs, update CRM (HubSpot), and ensure lead status is accurately captured.
- Follow up with warm leads through emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn where required.
- Coordinate with Business Development Executives and share daily/weekly reports of progress.
- Support in campaign follow-ups after webinars, newsletters, or LinkedIn ads.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or lead generation – preferably in international markets (USA/B2B domain).
- Excellent spoken English with neutral/US accent and confident communication skills.
- Familiarity with using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), Google Sheets, and email tools.
- Prior experience in outsourcing, staffing, accounting, or B2B services is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
