We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential leads to support the sales pipeline. This role requires strong research skills, excellent communication, and the ability to leverage multiple channels for lead acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and social media.
  • Generate qualified leads for the sales team through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation strategies with campaigns.
  • Analyze lead generation performance and provide regular reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of email automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting.
