Job Description: We are looking for highly motivated individuals with experience in lead generation, sales, or collections to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, generating qualified leads, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Please note that we are recruiting for two separate positions: Lead Generation Specialist and Collections Specialist. Key Responsibilities: Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and other channels. Promote mortgage products and explain lending processes to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Handle billing and collections inquiries professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall business goals. Qualifications: For Lead Generation / Sales Role: 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or mortgage-related roles . Minimum 2+ years of BPO experience is required. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed lead generation targets. Knowledge of mortgage products and lending processes is an advantage. At least High School Graduate . For Collections Role: Minimum 2 years of BPO experience in billing or financial accounts (required). 1–2 years of collections experience (required). Excellent English communication skills. Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic computer navigation skills. College Level or Graduate (required).
