Lead Generation Specialist

We're hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to support a global AdTech / Martech company focused on audience data and digital solutions.
The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and confident in reaching out to potential clients across data, programmatic, and marketing technology industries. You'll play a key role in expanding our B2B client base and identifying new business opportunities through research, outreach, and collaboration with the business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research companies in programmatic, AdTech, and Martech industries, as well as those with data science or analytics teams
- Identify new client types and understand their business needs and industry trends
- Learn and represent Onaudience's data solutions and products confidently
- Conduct independent outreach and manage lead generation activities to grow the client base
- Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team with potential clients
- Collaborate with business development on lead generation campaigns and strategies
- Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, and other prospecting systems to connect with target audiences
- Conduct market analysis to spot new trends and business opportunities
- Suggest new approaches to improve outreach strategy and engagement
- Track and report lead performance, optimizing conversion and engagement rates
- (As you grow in the role) Make warm-up calls to qualify leads and support sales pipeline progression
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of B2B lead generation experience
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other outreach tools
- Background in IT, Software Development, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, or Consulting
- Familiarity with the AdTech / Martech industry is a strong advantage
- Excellent English communication and organizational skills
- Self-driven, analytical, and comfortable in a remote environment
