Role Lead Generation Specialist & Admin Support Work Arrangement Work From Home Location Any CS Branch – Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Tarlac, Bacolod Schedule Morning Shift Job Description We are seeking a confident, well‑spoken Lead Generation Specialist/Admin Support to connect with prospective Australian clients, qualify opportunities, and help grow our business. You will be the first point of contact for many clients, building relationships and driving revenue, while also providing targeted administrative support to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow‑ups to secure qualified leads that convert into booked jobs. Engage confidently and professionally with Australian clients to build trust and long‑term relationships. Research potential clients and maintain accurate CRM records to enable targeted follow‑up and reporting. Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating with the operations team to ensure seamless project delivery. Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, updating reports, and managing correspondence. Support the sales and management team to maximize client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Nice to have Experience working with Australian clients. Industry background in rope access, painting, strata or property services. Familiarity with compliance‑driven service delivery. Non‑negotiable Skills & Requirements Proven experience in lead generation, tele‑sales, or customer outreach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly manner. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Administration skills including CRM usage, scheduling, and data entry. Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
