Responsible in identifying new business opportunities, builds and maintains client relationships, and develops strategies to drive growth and revenue, finding new leads, creating sales plans, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. BDMs work to expand a company's market presence and often act as the first point of contact for potential clients. Key responsibilities
- Strategic planning: Developing growth strategies focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction, often in coordination with the marketing department.
- Client relations: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and new opportunities.
- Lead generation: Identifying new business opportunities, researching target markets, and pursuing leads through networking and lead generation activities.
- Sales and negotiation: Negotiating deals and presenting sales pitches, sometimes preparing detailed presentations for clients.
- Performance management: Comparing current sales numbers to company targets and reporting on progress to upper management.
- Collaboration: Working with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and design, to meet client requirements and achieve business goals.
Important skills and qualifications
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret market research and make informed decisions.
- A comprehensive understanding of the company's products, market, and industry.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or project management is often required.

Job Description
- Manages the use of websites, social media, and online marketing channels to increase sales and conversions, and to promote a business, product, or service. Maximize sales, coordinate campaigns and sales activities, and conduct market research.
- High proficiency with online marketing channels, such as email, website advertising, and social media, as well as the ability to analyze data using programs and system analytics.
- Develop Innovative Sales Opportunities. Finding new ways to build and grow online sales. Work with the sales team to find new ways to promote a product or service and create incentive plans to achieve marketing goals.
- Ensures that planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed within the Company.
- Leads a change management process to build organizational understanding of proposed changes, establish support from key leadership stakeholders, and effectively implement new deployment and job models.
- Coordinates with sales leadership and other stakeholders to lead efficient and accurate sales force reporting initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- A graduate of any Bachelor's degree is welcome to apply
- Graduate of Information Technology, Industrial Arts, commerce and management is an advantage
- Proficient with different digital/online sales platforms
- Has at least 3 years of Managerial experience
- Exposure in Merchandising of Play Products, Shoes and Infant Products is an advantage
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Must be amenable to work in Timog Avenue, Quezon City
