Job Description

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, creating a positive impression while managing key administrative tasks. You'll handle scheduling, communication, and clerical support, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and clients experience professional, seamless service.

Shift: Night shift, Mon - Fri (8 AM to 5 PM CST), Weekends Off

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with visitors and colleagues.
  • Customer Service: Strong skills to ensure a welcoming and positive experience for all.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office equipment and software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professionalism: A professional appearance and calm, positive attitude to create a strong impression.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; prior office or customer service experience preferred.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Visitor Management: Greet visitors, direct them to the correct person or office, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Communication: Answer and direct calls to appropriate personnel; handle inquiries from callers and guests.
  • Scheduling: Manage appointment calendars and schedule meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Handle incoming/outgoing mail, maintain office records, and file documents.
  • Office Management: Keep the reception area organized, monitor supplies, and coordinate with maintenance staff.
  • General Assistance: Provide information, support staff, and perform clerical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
