As a Recruiter Specialist, you will manage full-cycle recruitment, source top talent using innovative strategies, collaborate with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless hiring process that strengthens client success and builds long-term workforce growth.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (1-2 years acceptable, but 2+ preferred)
• Exposure to US recruitment strongly preferred
• Experience in outsourcing/BPO recruitment valued (broad exposure to varied industries and role types)
• Strong knowledge of the full recruitment life cycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

Your Daily Tasks

• Screen resumes and applications for job fit, conduct initial interviews (phone or in person), and make hiring recommendations based on eligibility criteria
• Keep accurate documentation of recruiting progress in ATS and prepare recruiting metrics using dashboards
• Identify difficult job vacancies and recommend best recruitment approaches
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure postings reflect required qualifications, technical skills, and certifications
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, Boolean searches, and networking tools to target passive candidates
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates while staying updated on sourcing trends and technologies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with viable candidates and hiring managers throughout the process until final hiring decisions
