Are you friendly, organized, and customer-focused? We're looking for a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company

Work Locations: Makati City & BGC, Taguig

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Job Type: Full-time

Starting Salary: ₱18, ,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients warmly, assist walk-ins, and direct them to the appropriate station or technician
  • Manage bookings, respond to service inquiries, and send appointment reminders for late or no-show clients
  • Process payments (cash/card), issue official receipts, and ensure accuracy in all transactions
  • Promote new services, upsell products, and maintain updated client records
  • Address client concerns professionally, coordinating with relevant staff for resolution
  • Monitor inventory and ensure necessary supplies are stocked and equipment is well-maintained
  • Reconcile daily sales, prepare end-of-day reports, and deposit funds accurately
  • Stay knowledgeable about all services and staff to provide accurate information
  • Maintain cleanliness of the front desk and common areas
  • Present a polished, professional appearance at all times

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Willing to learn and undergo training
