Weekend Receptionist

Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls during weekend hours (Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sydney time)
Gather and record detailed information about customer plumbing needs
Schedule service appointments directly into the booking system
Handle varying call volumes (4–20 calls per weekend, avg. 2–3 minutes per call)
Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments
Escalate urgent customer needs to the appropriate team members
Represent the company with professionalism and excellent service
Requirements
Experience in receptionist, administrative, or customer service roles
Excellent phone communication skills with clear, professional English
Ability to work independently and reliably during Sydney weekend hours
Computer proficiency to navigate booking systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Flexibility to handle varying call volumes consistently
