Total Weekly Hours: 20 hours

As the Weekend Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers. Your responsibilities include answering calls, booking appointments, and coordinating with the service team. This is a remote weekend role with steady hours and the possibility of extra shifts or full-time work as the company grows.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls during weekend hours (Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sydney time)

  • Gather and record detailed information about customer plumbing needs

  • Schedule service appointments directly into the booking system

  • Handle varying call volumes (4–20 calls per weekend, avg. 2–3 minutes per call)

  • Maintain accurate records of all calls and appointments

  • Escalate urgent customer needs to the appropriate team members

  • Represent the company with professionalism and excellent service


Requirements
  • Experience in receptionist, administrative, or customer service roles

  • Excellent phone communication skills with clear, professional English

  • Ability to work independently and reliably during Sydney weekend hours

  • Computer proficiency to navigate booking systems

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

  • Flexibility to handle varying call volumes consistently
