Nan Tian (NT) Group, Ltd. Inc. is the mother company of leading Asian food and beverage brands such as Lan Hot Pot, Tarsier Fried Food (TFF), Namsan Korean Barbecue, Golden Noodle House, Xiaolongkan Hot Pot, and more.

Positions Available:

  1. Servers – Provide food & beverage service to guests.
  2. Cashiers – Handle billing, payments, and POS operations.
  3. Receptionists/Hosts – Manage reservations, greet customers, and assist seating.

Job Description:

As a Front of House (FOH) Staff, you will be the face of the restaurant and play a key role in delivering excellent service and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet, seat, and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Take and relay food & beverage orders (à la carte).
  • Assist in buffet service: explain menu options, refill water, clear tables.
  • Set, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and cashier staff for smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
  • Promote specials, upsell menu items, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Associate degree in HRM or related course (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred: Bachelor's/Associate degree in HRM, Tourism, or related field
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in restaurant service, retail customer service, or hospitality roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic math computations.
  • Professional appearance, courteous, and responsible.
  • Fluent in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
