Job Title: Part-time Property Management & Sales Assistant

Location: Remote

Schedule: 32hrs/week from Monday to Friday at 8 AM to M 5 PM AEST

Rate: $720 AUD/mo.

Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Property Management & Sales Assistant. This role will be split between property management (65%) and sales support (35%), providing a dynamic opportunity to contribute across two key areas of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in property management, and the ability to support the sales team with administrative and client-focused tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Property Management (65%)

  • Manage daily property management tasks including tenant and landlord communications.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and follow-ups with trades and service providers.
  • Assist with lease agreements, renewals, and tenancy-related documentation.
  • Update and maintain records in PropertyMe and Arosoftware.
  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

Sales (35%)

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and preparing sales materials.
  • Assist with listing management, marketing coordination, and database updates.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support open homes and inspections when required.
  • Track and manage sales documentation to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in property management and/or sales support within real estate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • PropertyMe, Arosoftware, and Outlook.
