Detail-Oriented Documenter: The ideal candidate should excel in precisely documenting information and adhering to exact instructions, ensuring flawless operational continuity.

Efficient Task Prioritizer: The ability to efficiently manage and prioritize daily tasks is paramount to sustaining the seamless flow of operations.

Passion for Back Office Tasks: A genuine fondness for and delight in back-office and administrative duties are indispensable prerequisites for this role.

Innate Problem-Solver with a Positive Attitude: An ideal match for this role is someone who is self-motivated, naturally possesses problem-solving skills, and maintains an optimistic, proactive demeanor.

Appreciation for Basic Math and Spreadsheets: Displaying an interest in fundamental math concepts and the ability to apply basic formulas in spreadsheet tasks is highly valuable.

English proficiency is a MUST both spoken and written.

Proficiency in using AppFolio. (Preferred)
