Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Experience Manager to own and improve the entire customer journey. Your primary mission is to ensure every interaction a customer has with our brand—from first touch to ongoing support—is positive, seamless, and consistent.
Core Responsibilities
- Journey Oversight: Be the expert on how customers move through our ecosystem. Identify and map all customer touchpoints.
- Feedback Loop: Actively collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback (surveys, reviews, etc.) to find out what is working and what is causing frustration.
- Improvement Driver: Lead simple, fast projects to fix common pain points and make the customer journey smoother.
- Internal Alignment: Work with different teams (like Support, Sales, and Product) to make sure they all understand and support a great customer experience.
- Measure Success: Track simple metrics (like satisfaction scores) to show how the customer experience is improving over time.
Key Requirements
- Passion for understanding and advocating for the customer.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail.
- Good communication skills to work well with internal teams.
- Experience analyzing feedback or customer data is a plus.
