Duties and Responsibilities1. Production Operations Management

  • Oversees and directs all production activities to ensure targets are achieved in terms of output, quality, efficiency, and delivery schedules.
  • Ensures that production plans are aligned with customer requirements and company objectives.
  • Reviews production reports and implements actions to minimize downtime, rework, and waste.

2. Strategic Planning and Continuous Improvement

  • Develops and implements production strategies that improve operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and product quality.
  • Leads continuous improvement initiatives using lean tools and root cause analysis.
  • Sets and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for productivity, safety, and quality.

3. Manpower Leadership and Development

  • Manages, trains, and motivates production supervisors, engineers, and line personnel.
  • Oversees workforce planning, performance evaluation, and succession development within the production department.
  • Promotes a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational discipline.

4. Quality, Safety, and Compliance

  • Ensures adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ISO standards, and company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
  • Coordinates with the Quality Assurance team to maintain consistent product standards.
  • Implements corrective actions to address process deviations and quality issues.

5. Coordination and Reporting

  • Collaborates with Maintenance, Supply Chain, Planning, and Logistics to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Prepares regular reports on production performance, cost analysis, and improvement results for management review.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or any related technical field.
  • Preferably with 7–10 years of experience in production management within a packaging, printing, or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale operations, manpower planning, and production systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP/MRP systems, and production performance tools (OEE, KPI monitoring, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work extended hours and adapt to fast-paced production demands.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80, Php100,000.00 per month
