QUALIFICATIONS:

  • With at least 5 years of related work experience in manufacturing supervisory task;
  • Experienced production planning;
  • Experienced in manpower handling;
  • Proficient in material planning and control;

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree Preferably BSIE/BSECE/BSME/BSEE Graduate;

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Extensive experience in manufacturing or operations, with a focus on process optimization, quality control, and continuous improvement.

  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Strong experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement programs.

  • Experience in transforming manufacturing operations to improve cost efficiency, reduce waste, increase productivity, and enhance quality.

  • Experience in managing and developing large teams and multiple production facilities.

  • Previous roles in operations management, production leadership, or quality management are often required.
