• The Head of Fabrications is responsible for the strategic leadership of design, manufacture and installation of wood fabrication projects
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of workers who assemble, fabricate and inspect wood products
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
• Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Accountable for the accurate recording of documentation.
• Identify, monitor and reduce waste in all activities
• Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Monitor performance and safety requirements regularly, and implement improvements.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the required specifications
• Recommend personnel actions such as hirings and promotions
• Prepare production and other reports
• May set up machines and equipment.
