The QA Product Specialist provides technical support for product development. Prepare product sample, product analysis and product research for internal and external customer requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities

Ø Receive request and prepare product sample and documents for clients (Sample Requisition Form).

Ø Ensure that the Sample Requisition Tracking and Sample Inventory are updated and maintained.

Ø Conducts in-house product analysis prior delivery for product specification verification and/ or for client requirements (e.g. moisture content, pH, etc. )

Ø Coordinates with Division head and QA Team for needed product samples.

Ø Communicate with the third-party laboratory for required product analysis. Prepare necessary documents and samples needed for third party laboratory analysis.

Ø Creates and develop the PCTE Product Data Sheets for Cosmetics & Pharmaceuticals.

Ø Conduct thorough product research to assist the Sales and QA Department.

Ø Prepare and conduct product review/ awareness trainings to all department.

Ø Maintain complete documentations for all product related activities.

Ø Coordinates with local and international suppliers and principals for data collection or updating.

Qualifications

Ø Bachelor's degree related to Pharmaceutical and/ or Cosmetics

Ø With knowledge in Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics Products and basic laboratory analysis

Ø Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills is required.

Ø Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities and tasks.

Ø Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office

Ø Can speak and write in Filipino and English.

Ø Can Start ASAP.
