Role Description

The Head of Human Resources leads the strategic direction and daily operations of the HR department, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with labor regulations. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and organizational development, while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall HR strategy, operations, and compliance across the organization
  • Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals and labor regulations
  • Drive organizational development, culture-building, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Partner with senior leadership to support workforce planning and succession strategies
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory bodies
  • Manage HR team performance, mentoring, and development
  • Lead change management and internal communication effort

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proven experience in strategic HR planning and policy development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience in BPO, tech, or multinational environments is an advantage

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
