About the role

As the Recruitment Team Lead at Mindbridge Resources Corporation, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process for the company. This is a critical role that will help shape the future of our talented and growing workforce. In this full-time position based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will oversee and guide a team of recruitment specialists to identify, attract and secure the best candidates for Mindbridge's diverse range of roles.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and manage a team of recruitment specialists, providing coaching, training and support to ensure they deliver exceptional results
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to build a robust talent pipeline
  • Screen and shortlist candidates, conducting interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for each role
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs and requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and a diverse network of talent
  • Utilise data and analytics to measure and optimise the recruitment process
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, technologies and best practices

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience (2+ years) in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, ideally within the HR & Recruitment industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • In-depth knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and best practices
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies, including applicant tracking systems
  • A strategic mindset and data-driven approach to optimizing recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
