Transpeed Communications is looking for additional HR Recruiters to join our growing team (Onsite work setup)

As an HR Recruiter, you will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct screenings, interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Manage job offers, contracts, and onboarding support
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through effective talent pooling
  • Support recruitment drives and other HR initiatives

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years recruitment experience (BPO recruitment strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Onsite work setup – Ortigas, Pasig
