We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to serve as a strategic business partner for its Metro Manila Regional Business Unit (RBU). This role is ideal for someone with strong stakeholder management skills, a passion for employee engagement, and a solid background in labor relations. The HR Manager will support more than 200 store team employees and interface with franchisees, Managing Directors, and General Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a business partner to the Metro Manila RBU, providing strategic HR support and guidance.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage labor relations and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams and franchise partners to address HR-related concerns.
  • Supervise two direct reports and support the development of store-level teams up to Senior Manager/Area Manager level.
  • Participate in occasional events and activities as part of the hybrid work setup.
  • After one year, transition to support the Commissary (Sucat) operations with increased on-site presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Management, or related fields (open to other courses).
  • At least 1–2 years of managerial experience, preferably in HR business partnering.
  • Strong background in employee engagement, labor relations, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Culture fit is prioritized over technical skills.
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid setup) and eventually in Sucat (4x/week onsite).
