HR Manager

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
• Lead performance management and employee development programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Administer payroll preparation and coordinate with Finance for timely disbursement
• Maintain and improve HR systems, records, and reporting
• Partner with leadership to foster a positive and productive workplace culture
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and payroll processes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with HRIS platforms and payroll systems, preferably Sprout HR and payroll.
