What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat and email in a timely and professional manner
  2. Diagnose problems, provide solutions, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team
  3. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and ensure documentation is up-to-date
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience
  5. Continuously learn about products and services to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
  6. Contribute to the development of customer service processes and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  3. Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment
  4. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
