About the role

This full-time role will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the daily schedule and calendar of key executives, arranging meetings and appointments
  • Handling all administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, correspondence, and travel arrangements
  • Providing research and analysis support for various projects and initiatives
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and requests professionally
  • Assisting with event planning and coordination
  • Demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and finding innovative solutions

What we're looking for

  • at least 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative support role is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with various office equipment
  • Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
