Guest Service Associate

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests by providing assistance during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. This role ensures guest satisfaction by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, maintaining the hotel's standards of courtesy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitor guest accounts and ensure billing accuracy.
- Promote hotel products, services, and special offers when appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Follow all company policies, safety, and security procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or college degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Previous customer service or front desk experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer systems (PMS, MS Office).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible with work schedules (weekends, holidays, and shifting hours).
- Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
