The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to guests by providing assistance during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. This role ensures guest satisfaction by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, maintaining the hotel's standards of courtesy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest complaints, concerns, and requests promptly, ensuring complete satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments for guest needs.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial transactions.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Monitor guest accounts and ensure billing accuracy.
  • Promote hotel products, services, and special offers when appropriate.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Follow all company policies, safety, and security procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or college degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Previous customer service or front desk experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer systems (PMS, MS Office).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible with work schedules (weekends, holidays, and shifting hours).
  • Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and professional demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
