Massage Therapist

Job Overview:

Matinloc Island Resort is looking for a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate must be experienced in various massage and spa treatments, committed to exceptional guest service, and willing to be assigned in a secluded island setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of professional massage and body treatments tailored to guest needs
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all spa areas
• Create a relaxing, comfortable, and personalized experience for every guest
• Recommend suitable spa treatments and retail products
• Assist with spa operations, including inventory and scheduling
• Uphold confidentiality and guest privacy at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Spa Therapist or Masseuse
• Certified in massage therapy or related spa treatments
• Skilled in various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, Shiatsu, Thai, Stone Massage, Aromatherapy, Hilot, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Physically fit
• Willing to be assigned in Matinloc Island Resort, El Nido
