Front Desk Receptionist

Guest Services
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and travel directions.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room availability and guest needs.
Reservations & Front Office Operations
- Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the hotel system.
- Ensure all guest information and billing details are accurate and updated.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Communication & Coordination
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages courteously and professionally.
- Relay information efficiently to the appropriate departments.
- Assist in handling guest complaints following standard operating procedures.
Administrative Duties
- Keep daily logs updated (handover notes, incident reports, reservations).
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security protocols.
- File documents, prepare reports, and ensure proper record-keeping.
Qualifications:
- Senior High School diploma or equivalent; hospitality background is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel PMS (Property Management System).
- Pleasant, professional appearance and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays if required.
