  • Provide hotel information, directions, and assistance to guests
  • Handle billing, payments, invoices, and guest account settlements
  • Resolve guest complaints or escalate to management when needed
  • Maintain front desk logs, reports, and records
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area remain clean and presentable
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
