DeleGreat is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Personal Assistant to provide administrative and organizational support to a California-based legal team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with strong English communication skills, basic Excel knowledge, and an interest in working with legal documentation and property-related information.

You'll assist with data entry, scheduling, file organization, and general administrative tasks that help our client's operations run smoothly. Prior experience in a law firm or familiarity with California landlord-tenant laws is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and maintain client and case information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems.
  • Perform administrative support tasks such as scheduling, organizing files, and managing communications.
  • Prepare and edit basic reports, letters, and documentation as requested.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive legal and client information.
  • Provide ad-hoc personal or administrative assistance to assigned attorneys or managers.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent spoken and written English required.
  • Basic Excel or Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working remotely.
  • Prior experience working in a legal firm or legal support role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with California landlord and tenant laws is a big plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php450.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
